Frequently Asked Questions

What does "3ATM" means?

3 ATM means it's Splash Resistant. Light rain, hand washing and other occasional contact with water won't harm your watch.

Why my watch keeps stopping overnight?

What makes an automatic watch (also known as a self-wind watch) different is that it has a weighted rotor mounted to the back of the watch's movement. The rotor is usually shaped in a semi-circle and is connected to the mainspring via a series of gears. With the motion of your wrist, the rotor spins on an axle and in doing so, winds the mainspring which in turn powers your watch. When you're not wearing the watch the rotor will not move so the saved energy is being used. If the power reserves are empty your watch will stop ticking.

How do I wind my watch?

A watch is wound via its crown, usually clockwise. Keep the crown in its pushed-in position and wind the crown clockwise. Turn it approximately 30-40 times or until the second hand starts moving in order to fully wind the watch. If the time needs to be adjusted, pull out the crown and turn it clockwise untill it reaches the right position.
